Mustapha Abdul is the founder of Inopra Advisory, bringing more than three decades of experience across engineering, project management, business leadership, systems planning, and organizational transformation. After spending his first ten years in engineering roles, he progressed into team management, department management, and director‑level leadership. Throughout his career, he has delivered training, workshops, and executive presentations across organizations in Canada. He founded Innogen Practical Designs Inc. in 2009, launched his consulting practice in 2016, and rebranded the firm as Inopra Advisory in 2026.

 Over more than two decades, Mustapha advanced into traditional project and program management, leading complex initiatives across technology, infrastructure, software development, and business operations. He has extensive experience in strategy development and execution, helping organizations translate strategic intent into clear priorities, aligned action, and measurable outcomes. His responsibilities have also included business planning, strategy formulation, go‑to‑market development, and organizational design — giving him a comprehensive understanding of how companies operate, scale, and execute.

 He holds an MBA and brings a broad professional foundation as a SAFe Practice Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Agile Leader, and Project Management Professional. He has coached teams in both Agile and traditional waterfall project management. He has built high‑performing teams and applied the Balanced Scorecard and OKR frameworks within organizations.

 Mustapha founded Inopra Advisory to address a critical gap: small and mid‑sized organizations often lack access to the level of strategic guidance and execution discipline available to large enterprises. To meet this need, he created SEP‑OS™ — the Strategy, Execution, Performance Operating System — a practical, structured framework that strengthens execution capability, improves organizational clarity, and supports sustainable growth.

Beyond his corporate work, Mustapha is a licensed youth soccer coach with 25 years of experience developing young athletes — a commitment that reinforces his belief that strong organizations are built through clear communication, teamwork, cross‑team collaboration, and the growth and development of their people. Today, he partners with leaders and teams to build tailored operating systems, elevate execution performance, and help organizations navigate complexity with confidence.
